Three main Syria updates are coming very quickly, here’s what are they

Apple released Release the candidate builds from iOS 18.3 At the beginning of this week, it means that we are only a few days away from seeing that ship updated in public. It also means IOS 18.4 beta is just around the corner, which is widely expected to include some of Siri’s big improvements with Apple Intelligence. Previous Syria improvements in iOS 18

While there have been many Syria improvements so far in iOS 18, the “intelligent” features have not yet sent. Here’s what is new so far:

What is coming soon in iOS 18.4

IOS 18.4, provided that there are no last -minute delays, will include some of Apple’s biggest promises for Apple Intelligence and Syria. With these features, Syria will become truly intelligent, assuming Apple lives up to its promises.

There will be three main Syria updates in iOS 18.4: personal context, screen awareness and ability to take action in app. Here’s how Apple describes each of these features:

Personal context:

Awareness of your personal context enables Syria to help you in ways that are unique to you. Can’t remember if a friend shared that recipe with you on a note, a text or an email? Need your passport number while reserving a flight? Syria can use his knowledge of information on your device to help find what you are looking for without compromising your privacy.

Screen awareness:

Apple’s intelligence empowers Syria with consciousness on screen, so it can understand and take action with things on your screen. If a friend writes their new address, you may say “Add this address to their contact card”, and Syria will take care of it.

Taking apps in apps:

Get smoothly in and in Syria applications. You can make a request like “send the email I drafted in April and Lilly” and Syria knows which email you are referring to and in which app is on it. And Syria can take action in the app, so after looking for Syria to improve a photo you say “Make this Pop picture”, you can ask Syria to remove it in a specific note in the notes – without raising a finger .

With these three traits, Syria will finally be able to fulfill the promise to be your personal assistant. Third -party applications will also be able to support these skills, and many applications have been promoting support for integration Syria since IOS 18 debuted in September.

Syria updates in the future

While not officially notified, iOS 19 is rumored to include Another great update for Syria, allowing users to be more chatter with the assistant, similar to a chatbot like chatgpt. Bloomberg Reports that this feature will not be released by the spring of 2026 means it is still about a year away.

While I am not a big fan of Apple Software features that reveals over 9 months before leaving the public, I cannot say that this is not worth waiting. If Apple’s Syria Revamp lives up to his promises, it will be quite extraordinary.

IOS 18.4 beta is likely to be available in the coming weeks, with a public release projected somewhere in the spring, probably around April.
