SKIES OF ARCADIA MARKARMARK is re-registered by sega

Sega has re-registered The heavens of Arcadia Trade brands along with its Japanese counterpart, Eternal Arcadia.

This asks the question of what segments can have in the store for the sky of Arcadia, be it a remaster or the remake of the original game or maybe a new entry. All we have to continue now is this trademark presentation, so we just have to wait and see if anything comes from it.

The Skies of Arcadia was released for Dreamcast again in 2000 and developed by overworks. The game follows Sky Pirate Vyse, who joins a group of other pirates to prevent the valuable empire from discovering a bunch of ancient weapons that threaten to destroy the world. The game was well accepted by critics at the time, but was sold poorly, with plans for a continuation in the early 2000s abandoned along with a PS2 version of the original game. However, Sega released it for Gamecube as the heaven of Arcadia’s legends.
