Ken Flores is dead.
Stand-up comedian, known for his work XL Latin Comedy performances, have died at the age of 28, according to medical examiner Los Angeles County.
The Flores family confirmed his death in a statement that touched the heart on social media.
“With great sad we confirm the death of our friends, relatives and sons who are not on time, Kenyi Flores,” the statement was shared on Instagram reading. “Please respect our current privacy because we are all surprised and destroyed by this loss.”
The comedy community has since paid respect for Flores, who is considered a rising star. The Hollywood Improv respected him with a post that displays photos of his appearance.
“We are honored to share your talent on our stage. You are great, and it’s only a matter of time until the whole world sees it,” wrote the place on Instagram. “You are also good and extraordinary friends for everyone who is fortunate enough to know you. We love you Ken, thank you for all laughter.”
According to TMZThe first respondent arrived at Flores’s residence and tried CPR, but he was declared dead at the scene.
Comedians also expressed their sadness and admiration for Flores.
Neema Naz responded to the position of Hollywood Improv, wrote, “I hope this is not real. Really tragic loss and destroy the world. Ken is a gem and will be a star someday. Rip.”
René Humberto Valdiviezo, who produced together XL Latin With Flores, sharing his sadness:
“Brother, it is a blessing to know you and share you with the world. You change my life. You have so many things to do. My heart is sick for everyone whose life you make better.”
XL LatinA comedy event assisted by Flores before Pandemi, was designed to provide greater opportunities to Latino comedians in this industry. The official Instagram account of this event shared tribute, emphasizing the impact of Flores on its creation.

Passing Flores has left the emptiness in the comedy world, but its laughter and dedication to lift others in this industry will be remembered.
