CPT. Rebecca Loback identified as the third black hawk pilot, who died in the DC plane crash


(Gray News) – The army has identified a third soldier who was inside the Black Hawk Helicopter involved in Wednesday’s deadly DC plane crash in which 67 people were killed.

The officials identified the soldier as CPT. Rebecca M. Lobac of Durham, Northern Carolina.

Lobacs served as an aviation officer in the army since July 2019 and had a time to fly around 500 hours in Black Hawk under his belt.

In a statement issued by the army, her family stated that she was a prestigious military graduate at ROTC at North Carolina University.

“We have been destroyed by the loss of our beloved Rebecca. He was a bright star in all our lives. She was kind, generous, luxurious, funny, ambitious and strong. Nobody had a big dream or worked hard to achieve his goals, “the statement said,” We request that you please respect our privacy because we mourn this devastating loss. ,

Crew chief and other fellow Pilot inside Black Hawk On Thursday, Ryan O’Hara and Main Warrant Office 2 were identified as Andrew Eves.
