John Anderson, a retired pilot from Philadelphia, told Fox News Digital that the possible reason for the manner on the video of the accident and the manner in which the aircraft attacked the ground was a takeoff stall.
“The aircraft was out of control of the aircraft team. It was not controlled in the area (CFIT). There may be a mechanical malfunction of a load shift within a stabilizer, elevator, trim or even the cabin inside the cabin. Can, “Anderson said.
He further estimated that if “it was a medical flight with a stretcher on the board and the stretcher was not properly safe, it could roll backwards.”

He said, “This will make the nose up and stop the wings. In that case, the nose will fall with the angle in the video,” he said. “Because it was right after takeoff and initial climb, I would say it was probably a stall. There can be many factors that will cause a stall. A runway may be trim, stabilizer malfunction.”
