Just Salada fast-casual restaurant chain, has launched its latest ordering feature, AI Salad. Using personalized survey results, Salata AI provides tailored recommendations to match customers’ culinary preferences, raising the bar for digital customer engagement.
Salad AI functions as a personal recipe assistant, providing personalized salad recommendations based on individual lifestyle, nutrition and flavor preferences. The purpose of this digital tool is to simplify menu navigation, reduce decision paralysis and create a welcoming ordering experience for new guests. It also introduces new flavor combinations to existing single salad customers.
The company has always been focused on empowering customers to ‘eat with purpose’. Salad AI’s new program takes this mission to the next level by creating a truly personalized dining journey. Once complete, Salad AI generates four personalized order recommendations, each containing a unique salad name, selected enviable flavors, a full ingredient list with nutritional information, and a personalized dressing suggestion.
