American actor James Ransone, known for his role as Ziggy Sobotka in the series wire (Listening, in French), died at the age of 46, AFP learned from Californian authorities on Sunday, December 21.
According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office, James Ransone committed suicide on Friday.
The actor, originally from Baltimore – the city where the story takes place Wire –will be best known for playing the role of Ziggy Sobotka, a port worker turned drug dealer, in the twelve episodes of the second season of this series.
