The third crew member in the Black Hawk helicopter to be crashed in an airliner over Washington has been identified as Rebecca Lobac, 28 -year -old pilot.
Lobac was a former colleague at the White House of President Biden, and took his annual proficiency evaluation under the supervision of instructor Pilot, Chief Warrant Officer Andrew Ems, 39.
Lobac had experience over 450 hours of flight, while EVs had more than 1,000.
