Clares Shields is back in action tonight to face Daniel Perkins in the main event of the DAZN show from Shields’ hometown, Mitch.
The live cover will start at 7:30 pm ET.
The struggle will be for the undisputed heavyweight championship, not actually a division that actually exists in the box of women, and realistically more than a marketing device, since Shields (15-0, 3 KO) does not seem to be an indisputable champion in the third division.
The dominant 29-year-old will be a huge favorite over Perkins (5-0, 2 CO), a 42-year-old south, who fought three times in 2020-21 and then not again 10 months ago. She went to 2-0 in 2024 and in the past she was in two podcated shields. The footsteps in the competition for Perkins is huge.
The subcarine will include a heavyweight 10-round heavyweight between Brandon Moore (16-1, 10 CO) and Skylar Lacei (8-0-2, 6 CO), among other duels.
