Nvidia RTX 5090 can take up to 16 weeks to stock up in the UK at retail, RTX 5080 will return much earlier

NVIDIA fans may have to wait a few weeks or even months before they can provide the RTX 5090 & 5080 GPU if they want to buy them from the Overclockers UK.

Starting the NVIDIA RTX 50 series was porridge and really “start -up on paper”. Some stores did not get their hands even on one RTX 5090 GPU, let alone hundreds and even those who managed to sell the RTX 5090 have only a couple in their inventory. All the RTX 5090 graphics processors were sold out minutes after the embargo was raised and the RTX 5080 saw the same fate, although it was a little better in stock (even after offering a bad generation).

If you are waiting to buy one of these cards, then you probably have to wait long enough. According to Overclockers BritainThey report that in addition to the RTX 5090 and RTX 5080, the pre -order for both have stopped. This means that you can’t even order these graphic processors right now, even if you are ready to wait weeks, at least on their website. So when do they come back?

Overclockers UK says the RTX 5090 can take somewhere between 3 and 16 weeks, and the RTX 5080 can take 2-6 weeks to return to its inventory. If the RTX 5090 takes a maximum of 16 weeks, it means that you will get GPU shortly before the first half of 2025, ie. May. At this point, both the RTX 5070 Ti and the RTX 5070 would already be on the market. The RTX 5070 Ti starts on February 20, while 5070 will come in March.

However, the RTX 5080 can return in a month. We saw that there was much better availability in stores around the world, but it was not almost enough for everyone to get caught for it. GPU is much more in generations of lifting than the RTX 5090, but due to retention at the same price as the RTX 4080, Super had people who come in swarms to buy it.

People were camping and in some cases retailers distribute lottery tickets To get a chance to spend thousands of dollars to get one of these graphic processors. Currently, some of the RTX 50 graphic processors ordered may be stuck in the pre -order queue if you have bought them from Overclockers UK and have not received the mail to confirm.

That is why the retailer is currently no longer accepting pre -orders. We do not know how many days or weeks it will take the RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 to return to the inventory of other retailers around the world, but they do not come very soon.
